The Pennsylvania Salon Spa Business Network [PASSBN] is a Non-Profit State Association representing leadership and employees of salons, spas, and cosmetology schools based in Pennsylvania.

Providing support to assist members’ needs, help refine business conditions for the beauty industry in Pennsylvania, increase the professional image, and enhance the value of services and products provided.

Develop unified bonds with members of PASSBN. This will help strengthen our industry's voice with state and federal legislators, the State Board of Cosmetology, and other policy-makers, to affect change and ensure fairness in regulation and statutes impacting salons, spas, and cosmetology schools.

Members will also benefit from professional and business networking, share experiences and ideas on important issues such as; customer retention, strong HR policy and procedure manuals, marketing, industry trends, products, education and other objectives.
